Your session begins with a gentle colon hydrotherapy treatment, using warm, purified water to cleanse the colon of accumulated waste, gas, and toxins. This process supports digestion, enhances energy, and promotes overall balance.

In addition to this cleansing experience, the Renew Method includes a combination of therapeutic modalities to deepen your relaxation and healing:

Infrared Light Therapy – Encourages circulation, eases inflammation, and promotes cellular repair through gentle red light.
Sound Therapy – Tuning forks and singing bowls help release emotional tension, balance the nervous system, and create inner peace.
Reflexology – Gentle energy work to support emotional release, reduce stress, and encourage deeper relaxation.

COLONIC SYSTEM

At ReNew Wellness we use a the Hydro Sans machine (closed colonic system). Our machine is FDA medical grade colonic system. We maintain the highest level of sanitation before an dafter every session to prevent cross contamination and utilize one-time use disposable speculums.
