Initial Consultation

Before your first appointment, you will be sent a health questionnaire via email. During your session, we will discuss your health concerns, pinpoint diet, lifestyle and emotional factors that may be affecting your health. Then I'll create a wellness care plan for you to implement over 5-6 weeks before your follow up consultation.
Nutritional supplements, herbal medicine, diet and lifestyle recommendations will be suggested to provide short and long term relief will comprise your wellness care plan.
